Thank you - lets get this guy into a loving, safe home where he is wanted! (Such cruelty - lately there have been a spate of these horrific situation of people duct taping animals. Actress Elaine Hendrix is offering $1,000 reward for anyone having knowledge about kittens duct taped and left in a garbage can!)
